Q). Which areas of law does Lux Law cover?
A). We specialise in the areas of law shown in the Services section of our Home page. We want to provide a really good Conveyancing service at a sensible fixed price enabling you to sell or buy a property with the minimum of fuss. Similarly the Wills and Administration of Estates is undertaken with our experience and capabilities. Rather than spread ourselves too thinly we prefer to specialise and to recommend other Lawyers for specific areas of work that we do not choose to cover.
Q). Do you do legal aid work?
A). We don’t deal with areas of law that qualify for Legal Aid funding.
Q). Why do we need to provide Identification?
A). Unfortunately there are those who want to “launder” money from the proceeds of crime or carry out some form of fraud. We also take great care to store your ID appropriately and securely.
