About Us

Established in 2014, Lux Law is a family run firm based in Frinton-on-Sea, Essex.

The Firm was founded by Ann and Phil Luxford, Solicitors since 1995, who were joined by their son Tom in the family business. Ann and Phil started Lux Law with a vision to offer straightforward, client-focused legal services. Tragically, Phil passed away unexpectedly in 2017, before the firm really got going. Ann and Tom have since his passing continued with this vision, ensuring his legacy goes on. 

Lux Law specialises in residential conveyancing and will guide you through all the legalities of selling and or buying a property. We appreciate that this is important and not usually something that people do every day. Fortunately, we do. We aim to provide a friendly, fast, efficient and competitively priced Conveyancing service.

We operate out of offices in Frinton-on-Sea. Parking is available and our offices can be easily accessed by public transport. We do ask that if you plan to visit us, please contact us prior to your arrival so we can make sure someone is available to help.
